Hey, thanks for checking out why I might be able to help out!
My name is Jordan, I’m from Scotland and I have ADHD.
Sounds like an alcoholic’s anonymous meeting!
Anyway!
I figured out I probably had ADHD during my third year of university — but like many in Scotland, I was told it would be four years before I could be assessed on the NHS. I couldn’t wait that long, so I paid thousands to go private. It was a big investment, but getting diagnosed gave me the clarity and self-compassion I’d been missing for years.
Finally, I could stop blaming myself for forgetfulness, disorganisation, emotional overwhelm — and instead start building strategies that actually worked with how my brain operates.
Since then, I’ve redirected my life around understanding and supporting ADHD. I’m now finishing a Master’s in Health Psychology, with a dissertation focused on ADHD and eating behaviours — a topic that’s deeply personal. (And yes, I'm still recruiting participants — reach out if you're curious!)
I’ve supported multiple clients in areas such as:
Procrastination around studying and deadlines
Unmasking and building authenticity
Creating routines that don’t suck your soul dry
Letting go of constant self-criticism
According to NICE guidelines, people with ADHD should receive therapy alongside medication — but in reality, therapy is often too expensive or completely unavailable. That’s one of the biggest reasons I started coaching: to offer a more accessible, flexible, and practical alternative that goes far beyond what meds can do alone.
My coaching style is a mix of real talk, humour, and structure. Yes, we might veer off-track — but I’ll help you steer it back. I get how ADHD brains jump around because I live it too.
If you're looking for a coach who understands the science and the chaos — I’m here for it.
